“ これはある意味テロリストの思想と似ている。自分達が虐げられた弱者であるという被害者意識があり、それを埋め合わせるためなら恵まれたものが犠牲になっても当然、国全体としてマイナスになっても当然、という考え方である。権利者は自分のことを、強欲な金持ちではなく、かわいそうな弱者だと認識しているのだ。このように私は分析している。こう考えると、私的録音録画小委員会で権利者側がとんちんかんな発言を繰り返す理由も説明できる。
